Small group training (Bootcamp) is a fun way to get fit and strong, in a small group environment. It can be inspiring and help provide a little friendly support (or friendly competition!) It provides variety and an opportunity to make new connections in your community. The best bit is someone else keeps you motivated and tells you what to do, no thinking involved!
Group training costs a little more than working out by yourself at the gym, and a lot less than seeing a personal trainer. It’s a nice middle ground if you don’t want to have to think about your workout and like having someone to push you to make the most of your training time. You also won’t get very far if your nutrition isn’t right and we’ll help you with that too.
We have so many class options. Our classes run weekly in the mornings, 9.30am (MUMS classes), lunchtimes and evenings. Plus we have a great out of hours social event calendar.
We also run several online programs, so if you cant join us in person check them out!
