ONLINE LIFESTYLE TRAINING FOR SEXY MUMMAS PROGRAM

As a new or long time mumma you are tired, stressed and have no time for yourself.

You are struggling to find a way to balance, motherhood, work, your relationship with family and friends and that leaves little to no time for yourself.

You are feeling overwhelmed, you don’t know where to start and the thought of adding yet another thing to your to do list is just not possible!

We feel you! Motherhood is hard, especially as a new or first time mum. 

Our aim is to make you feel in control, at least 80% of the time! 

We want you to feel healthy and fit and confident so that you can give the best version of yourself to your partner, children and work.
We want you to feel in control of what you do and ticking things off your priority list
We want you to feel worthy, valued, confident and imperfectly perfect

We’ll help you by providing mindset tips and tricks, a supportive community of like minded mothers who are going through similar struggles, as well as short 10 minute home workouts that will help you move more to improve your energy levels. These can be done with your baby and from the comfort of your own home (in PJ’s is you like!) suited to every stage post partum from 6 weeks post to 20 weeks +

Life will get in the way- kids, hubby, work that will all still be there. We teach you HOW to navigate these and keep making progress towards the YOU that you want to be.

We want you to FEEL more confident, happier and more content in yourself.
Going to the beach in your bikini, YES!
Wearing those shorts and vest tops on holidays, YES!
Running around with your kids with plenty of energy, YES!

The program is set out in a weekly format to break down new habits and not add to your overwhelm, in an easy platform/ app that you can tick off each task as you complete (Helps with accountability and motivation)

All we ask is you spend 10 minutes a day or less to see BIG changes in your mindset, energy levels and happiness. 

About you
• No prior fitness experience required. We are suitable for beginners from 6 weeks post partum!
• You are looking for a supportive group of women who will go on the journey with you
• Looking for weight loss, to tone up and/or feel more confident
• You lack motivation and need to be accountable (in a friendly way)

Why?
I am doing this because I am passionate about seeing women (especially mums) achieve their health and fitness goals. I have a young daughter and remember all to well those crazy newborn times that felt like each day was a year long! It was HARD. I want to help you navigate your way to feeling more confident and like you CAN be a great mum and have time for yourself and what you need.
Its not what you do for 2 weeks that forms who you are but all the little things you do everyday, consistently that really makes a difference. I want to support you and help you create lasting change.
