Working with us in a one on one (or as a couple) environment means you’ll be getting hands-on love and support from passionate female trainers who will help you learn to love your training too. We’ll work with you to create your very own customised training program which we can do together anywhere in the Shoalhaven region. More than this, we’ll help you separate the fact from myth when it comes to nutrition and your overall health. We want you to learn how to be the healthiest version of yourself from the inside out.
We want to help you eat well, without having to miss out on that glass of wine, or piece of cake. We believe all food has a place in your diet. We work with you on your goals and customise an approach to suit you to help you reach your goals and stick to them!
We not only give you the tools and guidance you need to reach your goals but we educate you so you can take the learnings with you into the future.

Don’t want to commit to PT? Why not try our VIP 12 week challenge with more accountability and weekly check-ins to really give you that extra help and guidance to help reach your goals.
