* MUMS classes/ Child Friendly – there are babysitters but you do not have to be a mum to join

* Evening 6pm classes are open to men and women

Next Steps

1.

Click on 'Book Now' and it will take you to our PT Minder platform.

2.

Once in PT Minder, you will need to create an account (email, password, contact details).

3.

Add payment information and select the package or membership you want. Most clients start with our $10 intro offer for your first 7 days.

4.

Book in for your first class so we know to expect you. Please always try to book in so we can prepare for you.

5.

Ideally, print out and complete your waiver form. If you don't have a printer, we'll bring a form to your first class.

6.

Get the PT Minder app on your phone (Apple or Android) for easier booking, changes and access to your account.
