Owner and Health Coach at Inside Out Fitness and lover of all things wellness related. Always keen to try something new, she can be found riding her bike, in the pool, on a Stand up paddle board or relaxing her muscles with a massage! Passionate about helping women achieve their health and fitness goals and guilty of sneaking burpees in wherever possible! Owns a wardrobe full of active wear!
With a total fascination of the human body and its ability, she loves to incorporate the element of PLAY into a fit, healthy and active lifestyle.
Lover of providing fitness for every one regardless of age, fitness level or ability! Passionate about all women making time for themselves by including a workout most days and even more so for all of our Mums & Bubs! A big believer in letting food be thy medicine has lead her to begin studying Food Coaching which will mean that she can continue to share her belief that we are all capable of fuelling our fab bodies with wholesome food. Completely guilty of loving smoked and fresh salmon and good coffee!
Rhiannon’s love for fitness from a young age, inspired her to gain her cert 4 in fitness and create a career in something she is passionate about. She loves being able to share her knowledge and passion with everyone and challenging her clients to be the best version of themselves. Rhiannon believes fitness is all about feeling good and confident in your own skin, looking after your mental health and enjoying that extra piece of cake!
Our resident boy, Shannon often gets mothered by our girls! Having a young son he understands the importance of making time for yourself and your own health and fitness to enjoy and make the most of time with your kids. Guilty of making one minute last a long time and 3 minutes not last long at all he enjoys making our ladies smile and enjoy their ‘me time’.
